Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our lot while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that vehicles are parked efficiently and customers are assisted promptly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with parking their vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring all vehicles are parked neatly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with vehicle delivery and retrieval for customers, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to the lot operations.
- Provide support for valet parking services when required, showcasing hospitality skills.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management or vehicle tracking as needed.
Skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Previous experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver is advantageous.
- Knowledge of dealership operations is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
