We are a fast-paced, customer-focused car dealership committed to delivering excellent service and a top-quality vehicle buying experience. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee our dealership lot operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
· Manage the organization and presentation of vehicles on the lot.
· Oversee vehicle check-in, inspection, and proper documentation upon delivery.
· Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer test drives and delivery.
· Supervise lot attendants/porters, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
· Maintain an orderly, professional appearance of the lot at all times.
· Coordinate with sales and service departments to support business needs.
· Monitor inventory movement and assist with lot security.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in automotive, lot management, or supervisory roles preferred.
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Pay will be based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
