Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lot while providing exceptional customer service. As a Lot Porter, you will ensure that vehicles are well-presented and ready for customer viewing, contributing to a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and dealership grounds
- Move, park, and rearrange vehicles for display, test drives, and service
- Wash, vacuum, and detail interior and exterior of lot vehicles
- Keep all display and showroom vehicles clean and presentable
- Perform light detailing work including wiping surfaces, removing trash, and cleaning windows
- Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
- Support the sales and service teams with general tasks and errands
- Maintain key control and help manage inventory locations
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be min 18 years old
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to lift 25+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

Experience
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license. Must be min age of 18.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
