Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) **occasional nights & weekends*

MDS Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties when needed.
- Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations & studies.
- Implement & maintain ongoing quality assurance for the resident care plans.
- Evaluate & implement recommendations from established committees.
- Meet regularly w/ department supervisors concerning the assessment / care plan of patients.
- Develop, plan, & conduct timely in-service training classes for assessment skills or techniques.
- Attend & participate in annual OSHA & CDC in-service training programs for hazard communication, TB management, & blood borne pathogens standards.
- Attend & participate in continuing education programs designed to keep you informed of any changes in this profession, as well as to maintain your license.
