Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs for coordinator-level roles in facilities across Minnesota. These positions involve coordinating patient care, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day nursing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans in collaboration with facility nursing leadership.
- Assist with staff scheduling and assignment distribution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Provide direct patient care as needed.
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff and support training initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with facility leadership, staff, patients, and families.
Requirements:
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota (unencumbered).
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; leadership or coordinator experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different facility settings.
