Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Experience: Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role is preferred.

Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, lubrication systems, and maintenance procedures.

Attention to Detail: Ability to perform thorough checks and ensure quality services are delivered every time.

Efficiency: Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency without compromising work quality.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and support fellow team members to achieve overall service goals.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks related to the position.

Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications or willingness to obtain them is a plus.

Oil and Fluid Changes: Perform routine oil and fluid changes on a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency.

Inspection: Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to ensure proper vehicle safety and maintenance.

Maintenance Records: Accurately maintain and update vehicle maintenance records and service logs.

Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to clients while explaining necessary repairs or maintenance procedures.

Safety Protocols: Follow all safety and environmental procedures when handling chemicals and waste.

Tool Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and aligned with the dealership's standards.
