As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting beauty products that meet their needs. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing expert advice on skincare and makeup, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by recommending suitable beauty products based on individual customer needs.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services, increasing overall sales.
- Maintain an organized work area, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Engage with customers in a luxury, mature manner, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Conduct makeup applications or skincare consultations as needed to showcase product effectiveness.
- Creating and making appointments with clients
- Keeping in touch with up to date trends and new products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- A passion for beauty products and trends, along with the ability to educate customers on their benefits.
- Experience working at a front desk or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
