Experienced Housekeeper – Luxury Residential Cleaning (Part-Time Only)
Service Areas: Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Apex, and Cary, NC
Schedule: 2–3 consistent weekdays | Between 9 AM–4 PM | $25/hour
Maison Fresh is hiring! We’re a boutique residential cleaning company providing elevated care for upscale homes, and we’re looking for experienced, detail-driven Housekeepers (we call them Home Curators) to join our team.
This role is strictly part-time, averaging 15 hours per week, and is capped at 20 hours per week. You’ll have a set schedule of 2–3 consistent weekdays (such as Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) with predictable days off every week. If you’re looking for full-time work or hoping for additional hours, please do not apply—this role will not grow into a full-time position.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys steady daytime hours, takes pride in their work, and is seeking a long-term position with a company that values both quality and consistency.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide detailed, professional cleaning in some of the area’s most beautiful homes
- Follow best practices for the care of fine surfaces (hardwood, stone, brass, etc.)
- Maintain equipment and supplies between visits
- Add signature finishing touches that delight our clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning (residential or hotel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Based in Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Apex, or Cary
- Available 2–3 weekdays consistently between 9 AM–4 PM
- Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and active insurance
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Looking for a long-term part-time role—not temporary or seasonal
