Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
- Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.
- Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.
Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
- A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
- Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
- A history of excellence – a life story that shows us that you’re never satisfied with “just OK”.
We offer exceptional pay in exchange for great performance, with a target all-in compensation in your first year of $60k-$75k per year, which is made up of a base salary + bonuses + commissions per year."PLUS paid time off, benefits offered upon hire, discounts, and yearly (or more) raises.
