Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mac IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, networking principles, and customer service skills to effectively assist users with their IT needs.
Duties
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms including Mac.
- Manage computer systems and ensure proper configuration of desktop environments.
- Conduct analysis of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, solutions, and user interactions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with users to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in technical support and desktop support practices.
- Strong knowledge of Mac.
- Experience with mobile devices management and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components including firewalls and VPNs.
- Excellent analysis skills to diagnose problems efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
