Job Summary:
This job involves helping to make high-quality medical devices in a factory setting. Work is done as part of a team and under the direction of a supervisor.
Job Duties:
- Assist with assembling, repairing, or testing medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators.
- Follow clear, step-by-step instructions to complete tasks.
- Work is checked often to make sure it is correct.
- Keep all job records accurate and up to date.
- Share ideas or problems with a manager. Speak and write clearly.
- Stay positive when working with other employees and visitors.
- Follow safety rules and use proper safety tools.
- Help find better ways to do work and support team improvements.
- Keep detailed records so parts can be tracked and quality issues fixed.
- Show a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
- Help the supervisor set work goals and track team progress.
- Support company policies and quality systems.
- Read and follow written instructions. Listen and follow spoken directions.
- Use computers and electronic tools when needed.
- Decide which tasks are most important and do them in the right order.
- Handle small parts with care.
- Make good decisions with little help.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour
