Operate CNC router and molding machines safely and efficiently.
Use various hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, hammers, power drills, rivet guns, routers, etc.
Operate powered equipment such as drill presses, saws, and pneumatic/hydraulic punches.
Set up, adjust, and monitor production equipment according to job specifications.
Follow all manufacturing procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions (verbal and written).
Mix raw plastic stock and pigments; load materials into machines as needed.
Conduct self-inspections and maintain quality standards using verbal and written instructions and inspection plans.
Complete and maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Interpret production orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine job requirements.
Package, label, and prepare in-process and finished products for shipment or further processing.
Manually move materials and finished products using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (with certification).
Safely use ladders and step stools as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management or supervisory staff.
