Summary:
We are seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our production team. This role involves operating stamping-type machines, threading metal, and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. The position is close to entry-level and provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate stamping-type machines to thread and process metal.
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as needed.
- Monitor production quality and maintain safety standards.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers to verify tolerances.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure machines are running properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Good finger dexterity and ability to handle small, precise tasks.
- Experience using calipers and measuring tolerances is a strong plus.
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.36 - $21.93 per hour
