We're seeking a Machinist / Cylindrical Grinder Operator to join our precision manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate cylindrical grinding machines to produce high-tolerance parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Measure workpieces and verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating manual or CNC cylindrical grinders
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
