The Mailing Product Specialist serves as the go-to expert for our mailing solutions, providing proactive, essential support to our sales teams. This person will analyze customer mail workflows, identify opportunities for optimization and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Their expertise will be vital in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' mailing solutions and in delivering exceptional value to meet their evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive engagement of mailing solutions by training and promoting products across sales teams.
- Coordinate & educate sales teams through consistent training & support.
- Analyze business workflows to identify trends, pinpoint inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in creating impactful presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the mailing industry that drive innovation.
Requirements:
- We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or support, and strong interpersonal skills that foster effective collaboration and client relationships.
- A strong passion for customer-focused consultative sales, dedicated to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Proven experience in a creative role that requires innovative, ?out-of-the-box? thinking to develop effective solutions.

- Travel between our Arizona offices (Tempe, Tucson & Flagstaff) will be required periodically throughout the year.
