Maintenace Worker to complete service requests including Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance. .Job responsibilities include:
- Work Hours: 9-7 M-F
- Paychecks are biweekly
- Reports supply needs to Maintenance Supervisor
- Performs other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
- Inspects rooms and completes checklists assigned
- Checks all lights and replaces as necessary.
- Replaces or repairs windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors,
- Checks appliances fixes and or informs Supervisor
- Checks faucets sink plugs and repairs/replaces as necessary. Performs e repairs to sinks, bathtubs
- touch up painting
- Repairs or replaces curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, etc.
- Repairs sheetrock holes in walls, paints as necessary.
- Inspects bathrooms , performs repairs
- Changes A/C filters
- Lends assistance during trash-out moving heavy/bulky items to dumpster.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
