Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food preparation and cash transactions. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a friendly demeanor.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate a POS system for processing transactions and managing orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and food preparation stations.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a culinary or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
