As Maintenance Director you will:
- Plan and perform routine preventive maintenance to keep the center in exceptional condition.
- Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and medical equipment.
- Monitor and assist with building renovations and remodeling projects.
- Manage maintenance department including staff, budgets, and supplies.
- Implement and follow safety guidelines and regulations including the Center's Emergency Operation Plan.
- Oversee and assist with grounds maintenace and equipment.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of building codes and safety regulations including OSHA.
- Ability to use Center's maintenance equipment which may require extensive physical activity at times.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, employees and visitors.
- Ability to be on call and work evenings and weekends, as needed.
