Job Description
Overview:
The PM Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the preventative maintenance program for all public and BOH occupied spaces, including all hotel guest rooms, all restrooms, and other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, develop and manage budget for material, labor and contractors. Creating schedules, procedures and instructions so work is performed safely and efficiently. Providing leadership, training and guidance for PM teams while monitoring performance. Communicate all planned activities with other departments and Sr Management. Tracking area completion and PM rotation schedules.
Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of four years of experience in maintenance management.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must be fluent in English
- Candidate must have good communication & organizational skills
- Candidates must have proficiency in MS Excel or other organizational spreadsheet software
- Candidates must have the ability to respond immediately to all emergency situations and calls.
- Must have the ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
- Nevada State driver’s license required.
