The Impact You’ll Make
As a Maintenance Planner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we maintain and optimize complex equipment across our production lines. Your work will directly impact equipment reliability, technician efficiency, and plant performance. Within the first year, your efforts will create systems and plans the team can’t imagine working without.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage SAP PM maintenance plans and schedules to drive equipment reliability and technician efficiency
- Develop detailed, technician-friendly job plans and preventive maintenance templates for critical equipment
- Lead cross-functional planning meetings with maintenance and operations to align on work priorities and schedules
- Analyze maintenance data and system feedback to improve workflows, master data accuracy, and overall performance

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a methodical, technically curious professional who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by problem-solving, and enjoys building structure from the ground up.
Skills & Mindset
Must Haves:
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Experience planning/scheduling in a CMMS (preferably SAP PM)
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Able to translate technical info into simple, executable job plans
- SAP PM certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice to Haves:
- 10+ years maintenance experience
- Technical degree (Engineering or related field)
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments
