Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial associate to join our team at FEA Industries, Inc. in maintaining a clean and safe environment within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our commitment to quality.
Summary
Monday to Friday - 6am to 2:30pm
Bi Weekly OT - Saturdays: Run floor scrubber
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting throughout the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas including restrooms, break rooms, and production floors.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance as needed to support operational efficiency.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
- Cross-training to drive the company van's delivery loop in the event our driver is away.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Valid drivers license is required.
