This position works at a large fast paced apartment complex in the Churchland area of Portsmouth. The Maintenance Technician assists in the physical operation and proper appearance of the community. Primary responsibilities include building maintenance and general repair work, as well as HVAC and appliance repairs. Ideal candidates will have general knowledge of plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical repairs, and appliances. HVAC certified or CFC preferred. Position is included with on-call rotation.
