Position: Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift). first 3-month training is scheduled at 1st shift
Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform independent electrical tasks during the 2nd shift, including basic diagnostics, repairs, and reporting to the supervisor.
- Ensure production machinery is properly maintained and operating efficiently.
- Disassemble equipment to repair or replace necessary components as needed.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, as well as Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Promptly report any safety concerns to the Supervisor or HS&E Manager.
- Stay up to date with company policies and procedures.
- Support the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the Supervisor efficiently and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a production environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and EHS compliance is a plus.
