Summary
As a Maintenance Technician at Destin Realty Inc., you will be an essential part of our property management team, ensuring that all residential properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards of quality. This role is vital in providing excellent service to our residents and upholding the integrity of our properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Assist in overseeing maintenance projects and coordinating with external contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents regarding maintenance issues.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in property management or residential settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with skills in electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Experience with CMMS software is a plus but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Welding skills are advantageous for specific repair tasks.
