Job Summary
We are seeking a Engineer 1 Technician to join our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is role entry level with a oppurtunity for advancement. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and enhancing the overall functionality of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine, PMs, inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Painting projects to maintain aesthetic quality.
- Provide excellent guest service while interacting with guests or team members.
Skills
- Familiarity in electrical systems with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity in mechanical and HVAC knowledge with the ability to work on various types of machinery.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings for effective problem-solving.
- Familiarity in facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
