We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team at Next Comms Talk. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting our sales team in achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, and inbound inquiries.
Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and presentations to understand their needs and introduce company solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics related to lead generation and pipeline development.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (B2B experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to develop within a sales career.
