As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of small appliances.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure appliances are operating efficiently and safely.
Replace faulty parts using appropriate tools and manufacturer specifications.
Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately in logs or service reports.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or internal staff.
Stay up to date with new appliance technologies and repair methods.
Assist in inventory control of parts and tools.
