Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs at various rental properties in and around the Bowling Green area. (transportation equipment is provided)
Qualifications
Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing experience is a plus.
Experience using basic hand and power tools.
Basic construction repairs, such as drywall and hanging interior doors.
Drivers License is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
