Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, be proficient in troubleshooting, and have experience in various maintenance tasks. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Be familiar with Senior Living and turning of apartments in a timely fashion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues at the community that require repairs.
- Be familiar with DSHS WACs and compliance needs.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Carry out residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Be familiar with Fire Marshall requirements and codes.
- Oversee housekeeping
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with facility users or clients.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform various maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in electrical systems.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics effectively.
- Leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or facilities environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
