Maintenance Tech III Position Open - Luxury Apartment Community, Baymeadows Area
compensation: $19 an hour with bonus potential
employment type: full-time (Monday-Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Multi Family Maintenance Technician with knowledge in basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
Duties would include but not limited to;
- Completing work orders in timely fashion
- Helping with make ready units
- Morning ground duties
- Completing projects assigned by the supervisor
- Providing top of the line customer service always!
- On Call

Requirements
- -EPA 608 is required
- CAMT/PMC Lic Required
- ON CALL some nights and weekends
- -Seeking minimum 2 years experience as a Maintenance Tech in multi family
