Maintenance Technician

Green Hill Condominiums is a friendly community of 543 condominium apartments situated on 23 beautifully wooded and landscaped acres in Wynnewood, PA. The Green Hill Condominiums is managed by First Services Management Company, under the oversight of the Green Hill Board of Directors. We are currently seeking people to join our Maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• The Maintenance Technician provides support to the Maintenance Team in all aspects of preventive and routine maintenance in order to keep Green Hill both well-presented and in good operational condition.
• The Maintenance Technician will have general knowledge as it relates to basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance and installations.
• Complete assigned maintenance requests as they are assigned.
• General daily maintenance tasks and repairs on all common areas as assigned or as per the scheduled routine maintenance calendar.
• Performing daily, weekly, or monthly inspections of the property’s mechanical systems, structure components and cleanliness of the grounds and buildings as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in all common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist management/maintenance team with other various tasks as required.
• Be on-call for maintenance emergencies as per the schedule and respond to such calls in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school or GED.
• A minimum of one 3 to 5 years’ experience or 1 year for recent technical school graduate in maintenance and customer service.
• A minimum of 2 years experience with painting and wall paper repair.
