Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to support our maintenance team in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our facilities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn about building maintenance and repair processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and materials inventory.
- Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
- Identify sources of mechanical problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Assist in training production workers on routine preventive maintenance practices.
- Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
- Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Having an electrical license is a plus

- At least one year of experience working in a maintenance department.
