Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Outbound Shipping to Dealers: Manage the packing, labeling, and timely dispatch of shipments to dealers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.
Outbound Order Verification: Conduct final checks on outbound shipments to ensure accuracy in product selection, quantity, and documentation before dispatch.
Inbound Receiving and Transfers: Coordinate incoming shipments, verify inventory accuracy, and oversee transfers between locations.
Pick Ticket Creation and Management: Generate and manage pick tickets, ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment.
Team Management and Accountability: Lead and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Hold team members accountable for meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct audits, and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Warehouse Management System (JD Edwards): Utilize JD Edwards for inventory tracking, order processing, and warehouse operations. Prior experience with JD Edwards is preferred.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations, conduct inspections, and implement best practices to minimize risks.
Process Improvement and Accountability: Identify inefficiencies, implement strategies to optimize workflow, and ensure adherence to operational goals. Maintain accountability for warehouse performance metrics.
Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Communication and Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and management to streamline operations and resolve issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in warehouse management or logistics.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, preferably JD Edwards.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $77,499 in our lowest market up to $92,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
