- Manage team of Social Programmers
- Play a key role developing HoH social platform strategy and content diversification efforts, evaluating emerging platforms and making decisions on which to pursue and how to staff
- Discover and curate social content that aligns with the House of Highlight brand pillars and engages with the Gen Z audience
- Collaborate with fellow BR programming groups to align on voice, ensure differentiation and share learnings
- Ideate, build and execute recurring programming franchises on key platforms
- Review the performance of distribution plans and provide meaningful feedback, both qualitative and quantitative
- Play a lead role in training social programmers, translating best-in-class practices for surfacing, curating, packaging, and distributing various types of social content
- Quarterback team to lead the social voice across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with emerging creators in the space, developing relationships and working on one-off and ongoing partnerships to create innovative social content experiences
- Play a lead role in Tier-1 HoH IP Programming project management, including differentiated distribution concepts, overseeing workflows, and optimizing for performance.
- Utilize analytics and platform tools to track and optimize growth and engagement
- 5+ years experience in social media, with particular expertise around operating and scaling IG, TikTok and/or YouTube channels.
- Expert level understanding of House of Highlights’ voice, brand and IP
- Extensive experience managing social teams and creative talent
- Proven track record scaling best-in-class social packaging formats and practices, including editing, captioning, tagging, and distribution
- Experience with project management and working with remote creators on deadline-oriented projects
- Expertise with on-site content capture and sports event coverage
- Extensive Experience working with, creating for, and scaling social media platforms, specifically Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Track record of spotting new/emerging social trends.
- Real passion for basketball culture and familiarity with “NBA Twitter” a plus
- Willing to work night and weekend hours
- Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working under pressure.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,301.00 - $154,703.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
