**Niche: Restaurant - Food&Beverage / Product Industry**
Employment Type: Full-Time / Location: [DTLA - West LA]
Schedule:
- Mondays & Fridays in-office (non-negotiable).
- Tuesdays–Thursdays on-site for shoots or in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 6 client accounts simultaneously, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Community management: Engage with comments, DMs, newsfeed, daily, maintaining brand voice and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns across all social platforms.
- Lead and execute social media content creation during on-site shoots (Tues–Fri).
- Assist team members with shoots in either LA or OC.
- Must be okay with being in-front of the camera.
- Provide support to colleagues as needed (e.g., brainstorming, administrative tasks).
- Complete daily tasks assigned by managers (analytics reporting, monthly reports, client communication, scheduling).
- Assist with Influencer Marketing (scheduling, confirming, follow-ups)
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of social media management experience.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva)
- Experience creating simple graphic designs (Canva or other)
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Proficiency in editing platforms (CapCut) for F&B niche
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Experience using Excel Sheet (+Documentations)
- Creating pitch deck, brand guidelines, brand decks
- Social media savy - Trend researching
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in photography/videography.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., META Ads, Google Ads).
- Food-Influencer page
- Korean speaking (Optional)
