Site Manager
Responsible for many of the operational and administrative functions core to the success of our offices. They will assure the delivery of excellent patient service within the office and in follow-up. The manger ensures the care center operates efficiently by managing the flow of patient services, monitoring resources, and works collaboratively with the providers and the Regional Practice Manager.
Position Qualifications/Essential Functions:
- Accountability for assuring the mission, vision, values of CareMore using the coach approach in accordance with Personnel Policies.
- Supports team through new company initiatives and process changes; champions change and facilitates rollout strategies within the office for company initiatives and process changes.
- Manages NextGen templating and ensures that the scheduling guidelines are followed.
- Manages projects and sprints, as assigned to support departmental and organizational strategic initiatives.
- Leads daily huddles and supports the agenda creation and leadership of team meetings.
- Works alongside the Regional Practice Manager to monitor patient experience in the office including the assessment and enhancement of workflow, resolution of patient complaints, and ensuring team member engagement to improve the overall experience.
- Works alongside the Regional Practice Manager to review monthly reporting, budgeting, staff performance, observation log creation / maintenance and Performance Guarantee progress assessment
- Attends Manager meetings as requested.
- Runs open chart reports and delegates as appropriate, coordinating the unlocking of charts when needed.
- Coordinates coverage for team PTO and call outs.
- Responsible for the monitoring of open chart reports, disseminating general observations and trends to the Regional Practice Manager.
- Responsible for inventory management, including the approval of clinical and office supply orders
- Supports the training of new hires and the retraining of existing staff as needed.
- Monitors the patient schedule.
- Supervision of allied staff (possible limited capacity or exception)
Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a physician office including working knowledge of managed care and Fee-For-Service reimbursement requirements; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Medical Assistant Certification as required. LPN or LVN preferred.
- Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
Compensation: $23.14/hr. - $28.92/hr. & bonus eligible
