Manager in Training
Location: Chick-fil-A Southridge Center & MacCorkle Avenue – Charleston, WV
Starting Pay: $18-$24/hr, depending on experience and availability
Expected Annual Comp: $51,900 - $63,250

You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship, comprehensive training, and increasing responsibility as you progress through the program.

What You'll Learn:
- Operational systems for Front and Back of House
- Labor management, food safety, inventory, and shift control
- Leadership communication, team motivation, and conflict resolution
- Business metrics like food/labor cost and guest satisfaction scores

- Leadership experience preferred, but not required
