We’re seeking ambitious individuals ready to take their first step into a long-term career in marketing, sales, and account management. In this Entry Level Manager in Training position, you’ll gain firsthand experience in every stage of the sales process- learning how to build client relationships, drive revenue, and support large-scale brand initiatives from the ground up.
What You’ll Do as the Entry Level Manager in Training:
- Engage with customers in person to share product knowledge, answer questions, and guide them through available service options.
- Work alongside multiple departments to ensure campaigns are executed to client standards and business goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present product benefits clearly and confidently in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Follow a proven sales process to open new accounts and accurately record client details.
- Respond to inquiries, overcome objections, and finalize sales to meet or exceed established targets.
What We’re Looking For in our next Entry Level Manager in Training:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or a related business field preferred (but not required for the right candidate).
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Goal-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
