Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Creative Manager to lead and execute the visual and conceptual direction of our brand across multiple touchpoints. You’ll oversee creative planning, production, and execution for trade shows, catalogs, marketing campaigns, and other brand initiatives.
This role requires both vision and hands-on execution, balancing innovative ideas with organization and follow-through. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and production teams to ensure every creative project meets our brand standards and delivers impact. We're looking for a self starting visionary to create a cohesive identity for our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for trade shows, catalogs, marketing campaigns
- Oversee photo shoots, video production, and design projects from concept to completion
- Manage creative timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business goals into compelling visual content
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Source and manage relationships with photographers, designers, and other creative vendors
- Keep up-to-date with trends in design, fashion, and performance industries to bring fresh ideas
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a creative leadership or management role, preferably in fashion, retail, or event marketing
- Must have experience in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience a strong plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and campaign work
- Experience managing creative projects from concept through execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Phoenix-based with flexibility to work remotely and on-site, plus travel for events as needed
