Manager of Emergency Room RN
Location: Kingwood, TX 77339
Shift: Full-time, Evenings
Salary: $39.04 – $58.56 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of a busy Emergency Room in a 420+ bed hospital.
Manage clinical staff, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and deliver exceptional patient care.
Collaborate with the Director to drive department performance and meet patient satisfaction goals.
Act as a resource for education, decision-making, and crisis management in the ER.
Support employee engagement and enforce quality control processes.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Active RN license in Texas or Compact State (must obtain TX license within 90 days if applicable)
Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
TNCC and PALS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care leadership experience in an Emergency Department (within the past year)
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
