Master’s degree in business administration, health administration, or related field with three (3) years of experience in a position of financial, operational, and/or leadership responsibility in a health care setting is required. Knowledge of budgeting, operations, labor management, and satisfaction performance reporting systems and methodologies required. Understanding of medical practice regulatory requirements, effective compliance assurance methods, and contract negotiation, is desired.

Strong project management and interpersonal skills required. Proven ability to research, gather, synthesize and organize information to produce concise reports using various resources. Must be proficient in the use of spreadsheets, including pivot tables for data analysis, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Position must use discretion in handling a wide range of confidential information. The ideal candidate remains comfortable in a fast-paced environment and confident leading through uncertain and complex situations.
