We are looking for an exceptional Manager, Performance & Reward Global Office to join our Performance & Reward CoE at Pandora’s Global Headquarters in Copenhagen.

As the Performance & Reward partner for the Global Office, you will act as the primary connection between the business and our global team. You will play a key role in shaping and governing reward solutions, bringing business needs into global design and equipping HR Business Partners with the guidance and tools they need to make high-quality decisions.

This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic reward expertise with close business partnering in a truly global environment. You will provide expert guidance and oversight across key Performance & Reward matters, while helping to strengthen capabilities throughout Pandora’s People Function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Performance & Reward Advisory: Advise HR Directors and HR Business Partners on complex, high-impact Performance & Reward matters, ensuring that global reward principles are applied effectively within the Global Office context.
  • Capability Building: Translate Performance & Reward frameworks and principles into practical guidance, tools and learning that enable the People Function to manage standard matters with greater confidence and independence.
  • Reward Design & Governance: Lead local reward design and governance across areas such as benefits, market benchmarking, budgeting and salary ranges, ensuring alignment with global principles and evolving business needs.
  • Senior-Level Moves: Advise on Band 3+ moves, engaging early to identify implications, ensure alignment with global principles and connect stakeholders with the relevant global Performance & Reward experts.
  • Pay Equity: Monitor pay equity, identify material risks and recommend evidence-based actions in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Performance & Reward experts.
  • Global Insights: Share insights across the Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence to identify emerging business needs and continuously improve global frameworks and guidance.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

A strong foundation within Performance & Reward and the ability to turn complex frameworks into practical, business-focused solutions. You are comfortable advising senior stakeholders and can balance global principles with local business needs.

You build trust through sound judgement, attention to detail and a collaborative approach. You enjoy working across different functions and are motivated by enabling others to make consistent, high-quality decisions. You take ownership, communicate clearly and contribute positively to a culture of shared success and continuous improvement.

In addition to that, we also see that you have:

  • Solid general experience within performance, reward, compensation or benefits.
  • Experience advising HR leaders and HR Business Partners on complex reward matters.
  • The ability to manage stakeholders across a variety of business areas.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex information.
  • Knowledge of Danish employment legislation is an advantage.
  • The ability to translate global principles and frameworks into clear, practical guidance.
  • A collaborative mindset and confidence working across a global and multicultural organization.
  • Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
