What you'll do...
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Integration Manager to lead a team of Integration Specialists responsible for onboarding newly acquired offices into our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless operational transition, aligning new offices with company systems, processes, policies, and culture.
The manager will oversee the full integration lifecycle—from pre-acquisition planning through post-acquisition execution—working closely with the Acquisitions and Development team to support key due diligence activities that lay the groundwork for successful onboarding.
Post-close, the manager will deploy and guide the Integration Specialists in delivering both remote and on-site support during the critical first 60 days, ensuring operational readiness and alignment. This role requires frequent travel to newly acquired offices to provide hands-on support, assess progress, and address integration challenges in real time.

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range
$91,000.00 - $145,600.00/Yr.

What you'll bring to the team...
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
Work Experience:
- 5 years minimum related work experience
It would be even better if you also had...
- 5+ years of experience in operations, training, or integration roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of business operations, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly to support onsite integration efforts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
