About the opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Manager of Services Operations to work in the Professional Services Group at Christie. The role is responsible for managing and overseeing operations including contract amortization, billing, audit preparation, month end close support, fleet, and customer support. Accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in reporting and operational processes is key to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Support monthly financial close processes including contract amortization, warranty accruals, and revenue reclassifications
- Lead contract management lifecycle, ensuring accurate entry, entitlement verification, and billing integrity
- Support and supervise billing team with quoting, complex issue resolution, and monthly reporting
- Oversee global Dolby contract quoting across multiple regions and timelines (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to manage escalations and reconcile outstanding items
- Serve as the primary contact for company vehicle management, including vendor coordination, usage analysis, and compliance reviews
- Prepare and deliver recurring reports, support audit readiness, and respond to ad hoc analysis requests
- Maintain office supply ordering and provide ongoing customer and internal support

The experience and skills we value:
- This position requires 3-5 years of relevant familiarity with accounting functions and outside communication with customers and vendors.
