About the Role
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Operations Intern to support our TikTok livestream e-commerce team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-time experience in the live commerce space, from preparing livestream rooms to tracking performance data and optimizing show strategies. The role is based in our studio in Long Island City, Queens, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with livestream planning, setup, and on-site operational support
- Monitor real-time data during livestreams and adjust show rhythm accordingly
- Track daily revenue and engagement performance, and contribute to optimization reviews
- Collaborate with the content team to refine product talking points and host scripts
- Research product highlights and user profiles to improve conversion strategies
- Support communication between hosts, the operations team, and external partners
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin speaking is required
- Must be able to work in person at our Long Island City studio
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Schedule: Flexible shifts available; typically Tuesday to Friday, with some weekend availability
Compensation: $16–$20/hour based on experience and performance
