Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated entry-level Manufacturing Associate to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates to begin a career in GMP-compliant production operations. The role involves operating equipment, executing production steps, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Shift work is required, including night and weekend rotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to execute manufacturing processes.
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment under supervision.
- Perform basic material handling tasks such as weighing, dispensing, and staging of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in accordance with GMP and data integrity standards.
- Assist with cleaning, changeover, and setup of production areas and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support departments (e.g., QA, QC, Maintenance).
