We are seeking a Logistics and Sales Manager. This position combines supply chain management responsibilities with sales-oriented duties. This role ensures efficient product movement, manages inventory, and actively promotes the company's product to secure new customers and retain existing ones.
Skillset should include:
- Manage the flow of materials, finished goods, and inventory within the manufacturing plant and to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and prepare shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements related to shipping and handling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
- Generate leads, prospect new customers, and convert them into clients.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing.
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing and selling strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., production, engineering, customer service).
- Manage budgets and track performance metrics related to both logistics and sales.
- Proactively address logistics and supply chain issues, and find solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of auto industry regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for sales.

Pay: $60,332.00 - $65,000.00 per year
