Logistics Warehouse and Planning Manager
LU-VE GROUP is a global leader in the development and production of industrial and commercial heat exchangers.
We serve a wide range of markets and applications including Food Processing, Cold Storage, Retail, Data Center, Power and Automotive, and operate 19 production facilities in Europe, China, India and USA.
LU-VE is listed on the Milano (Italy) Stock Exchange in the Euronext STAR segment.
Currently we are expanding our plant in Jacksonville TX to 220,000 sq. ft. and we will continue to strategically grow our product and service offering to the North American markets.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
- Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate physical inventory and perform regular cycle counts.
- Ensure proper labeling, bin locations, and product organization.
- Enforce safety and housekeeping standards (OSHA compliant).
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
Material Planning
- Monitor production schedules to forecast and plan material requirements.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials and components.
- Generate purchase requisitions based on demand forecasts and safety stock levels.
- Collaborate with Procurement to manage supplier lead times and delivery schedules.
- Adjust planning strategies based on order fluctuations or material shortages.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in material planning and/or warehouse management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
- Proficiency with SAP
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, BOMs, and logistics processes.
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety knowledge preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
