Your Role as Production Manager
You’ll be the backbone of our production process, leading teams, fine-tuning systems, and ensuring we deliver nothing but the best. You'll thrive if you’re a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and lead from the floor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, train, and support production staff to consistently hit goals.
- Manage daily manufacturing operations: scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Monitor quality standards and quickly implement corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate across departments to keep projects on track.
- Track KPIs and production metrics; report results to leadership.
- Champion process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or related field – or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years in a custom or high-mix manufacturing setting, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other quality systems.
- Background in CNC machining, custom fabrication, or similar technical environments.
