We’re growing fast, with plans to grow to 300+ locations nationwide—and we’re looking for someone hungry to learn marketing, who loves great branding, and wants to grow into the Head of Marketing as we scale.
What This Role Is All About
- Creating a strong, consistent brand that makes plumbing more respected and admired
- Attracting more of our ideal customers through smart, effective advertising
- Helping us build out marketing systems and messaging we can launch with every new location
- Working hands-on with the owners to tell our story, shape how people see us, and keep pushing things forward
- Designing or directing brand materials.
- Running Meta and Google ads and experimenting with other platforms
Who We’re Looking For
- Aesthetic eye and love for great design
- Clear thinker, fast learner, and strong communicator
- Not afraid to figure things out and own the outcome
- Excited by responsibility and long-term growth
- In or willing to move to Charlottesville, VA (this is not a remote role)
- Bonus: past experience in content, design, or small business marketing
- We don’t require a portfolio—but if you’ve got examples of your work, we’d love to see them
